This week, note categories were launched! This enables notes left on student profiles to be categorized with structured tags. We also released a major improvement for chat, adding notifications & chat indicators on web along with better unread message syncing on mobile. Finally, we improved our tables by making it easier to take action and improving clarity.

Unread Chats — reading chats now syncs between mobile and web and shows an indicator on web if there are unread messages
