This week, note categories were launched! This enables notes left on student profiles to be categorized with structured tags. We also released a major improvement for chat, adding notifications & chat indicators on web along with better unread message syncing on mobile. Finally, we improved our tables by making it easier to take action and improving clarity.

Releases

  • Note Categories — categorize notes on student profiles

  • Unread Chats — reading chats now syncs between mobile and web and shows an indicator on web if there are unread messages

  • Improved Table Toolbar — filters are much more clear and action items show above the table instead of replacing the column headers

Improvements

  • Added notifications on web for chat

  • Chat now loads much more quickly on Safari web

  • Set a maximum of 21 absences created at any one time

  • Downloading payouts from the overview now downloads more info

  • Managing overtime now shows as different hourly rates, making it easier to edit

  • Improved recording meal times on mobile

  • Added optional file requests option for staff paperwork

  • Improved the process for adding paperwork to enrollment

  • CRM: Launched CRM → CCMS automation and archival process

  • CRM: Added a2p verification to enable automated messages

  • CRM: Program names now show on tour booking confirmation meetings

  • CRM: Automation Editor interface looks 10x cleaner and easier to use

Fixes

  • Fixed mobile nav menu on mobile web

  • Fixed comma formatting for lists on web

  • Fixed issue when updating employee and contractor check information

  • Able to view check in responses even if no signature

  • Changes feed now shows more changes on student and guardian profiles
