This week we released 25 new releases, improvements, and fixes! We launched automation templates on CRM to make it easy to build out new automations based on a growing library of smart defaults. We also added the ability to leave notes directly on a guardian profile, just like staff and student notes. We also introduced chat translations, enabling users to communicate in their preferred language.

Improvements
Sped up the entire website. First page load and many pages throughout the web should feel much snappier
Added deposit numbers to subsidy deposits
Able to sort enrollment listings by program enrollments
Modals and dropdowns were made smoother throughout the entire website
Added a year end checklist for payroll
Able to sort groups and plans in enrollment
Added additional confirmations for splitting families
Added support for assigning debits & credits after a family has been split
Creating new items when creating charges is much smoother
Staff can now view schedules directly from the website
Can now bulk upload employees to payroll through import
Can now bulk upload employee benefits
Added reporting for expired and incomplete staff paperwork
CRM: Now supports more lead import formats
CRM: Able to filter down leads by archived status
CRM: Empty fields are now hidden on the kanban cards
Fixes
Shared services are no longer able to use the mobile app
On my way queue on web now includes the notes added by parents
When recording multiple eating posts, pressing the submit button repeatedly no longer creates duplicates
Fixed payouts report
No longer able to delete branches on CRM automations if they have connected nodes
