Adding an embedded form or tour booking to your website lets families submit their information or schedule a tour without leaving the page, making the process seamless. Each submission automatically creates a new lead in your CRM, so you can easily follow up. Forms and tour bookings sync instantly, ensuring no inquiries are missed.
Copy the Embed Code
In order to embed your form/booking into your website, you will first need to copy the embed code. Don't worry, we provide this embed code in your Playground CRM; no coding experience is required!
From your Playground CRM dashboard, navigate to Forms on the left sidebar.
Click on the three dots icon of the form you would like to add to your website.
Select Copy embed code.
This will open the Form Embed Code box. You do not need to alter this code in any way. Click Copy Code and all of the code will be copied to your "clipboard".
If you would like to embed a meeting/tour booking instead, you can follow this same process but by navigating to Meetings on the left sidebar then Meeting Types.
Paste (Embed) the Code into your Website
After copying the embed code from Playground, you'll need to add it to your website. If you're using a Content Management System (CMS), the process may vary by platform, but the general steps are similar across most systems.
