Receive a link from your admin
When your center first joins Playground, an administrator from your center will work with our onboarding team to set up your center's information in Playground. All that's left for you is to active your account!
You'll receive an email from [email protected] with instructions for creating an account. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, try checking your spam folder.
Sign up process and creating an account
Click the "Create Account" button.
You'll be brought to a webpage on your browser where you can set your account information. Make sure the email you enter is the same address where you received the invitation email.
When you're ready, click "Create Account."
You'll receive a notification that your account has been created, along with links to download the mobile application to your device through the App Store or Google Play. Once the app is downloaded to your device, use your new account information to log in.
Congratulations! You are all set up. Playground will also send you an email that confirms your account has been created.
After completing sign up and activating your account
After you have completed your sign-up, you will receive a confirmation email with helpful links on how to log in, update your settings, and Playground's Top 3 featured articles for new teachers. Please feel free to explore these links as they will lead you to Playground's Help Center.
Now that you're set up in the app, learn how to upload a profile picture or make an announcement or timeline post to welcome your classes to the app.
