When your center first joins Playground, an administrator from your center will work with our onboarding team to set up your center's information in Playground. All that's left for you is to active your account!
You'll receive an email from [email protected] with instructions for creating an account. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, try checking your spam folder. Click the "Create Account" button.
You'll be brought to a webpage on your browser where you can set your account information. Make sure the email you enter is the same address where you received the invitation email. When you're ready, click "Create Account."
You'll receive a notification that your account has been created, along with links to download the mobile Teacher App to your device through the App Store or Google Play. Once the app is downloaded to your device, use your new account information to log in.
Congratulations! You are all set up. Playground will also send you an email that confirms your account has been created.
