  1. Where can I find the placeholder text in the Listing Description field?

Our preschool and daycare offers play-based early education for toddlers through Pre-K. Our programs are designed to help children learn social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills through a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. Programs focus on helping each child become ready for Kindergarten with a focus on social-emotional skills and academics

  2. Where can I find the placeholder text in the Admissions Process field?

Join our center’s community in four easy steps:

    1. Explore our website: We’ve provided information about our philosophies and offerings to help you decide if our program may be right for your family.
    2. Tour the school: Come see what makes our center unique. Please schedule a tour by filling out the “Schedule Tour” form.
    3. Submit an Enrollment Application: If you would like to enroll, please submit an application at app.trplayground.com/ourcenter/apply. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. ** Do not submit an application if you have not toured.**
    4. Enroll: After reviewing your application, we'll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation, you'll pay your deposit (usually equal to one month's tuition), fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.

  3. What are the Terms of Service?

Terms of Service is a read-only document your center has parents agree to in order to be serviced by your center. If you have a fillable document or require signatures, this document should be added to the Paperwork tab of Playground and included as a "Required document" when creating your listing.

  4. What happens when students re-enroll for a new year if they are already attending?

Any current students that re-enroll on another listing will have their profile settings updated to match your center-wide settings. This includes, but is not limited to: Paperwork, Billing and autopay, and account settings. Please review each applicant carefully before accepting their re-enrollment.

  5. How do parents with multiple students enroll?

Each student must be enrolled separately.

  6. What is the difference between an application fee, enrollment fee, and tuition deposit?

    • Application fee: charged immediately upon application submission and does not count towards tuition. Payment required to submit an application.

    • Enrollment fee: charged only if the student is moved to the Accepted column of your enrollment funnel and does not count towards tuition.

    • Tuition deposit: charged only if the student is moved to the Accepted column of your enrollment funnel and does count towards the first tuition payment.

If you choose not to charge a fee, set the value to $0.00.

  7. How can the tuition deposit count towards last month of tuition?

At this time, tuition deposits are only counted towards the first month of tuition.

  8. What is a plan?

A plan is an option with its own pricing that parents choose in order to apply to your center. Parents can only select one plan per student. Plans are usually differentiated by age groups, full-time vs. part-time, or # of days of the week the student plans to attend.

  9. There are no documents listed in the Required documents section on the last page of editing the enrollment screen, how can I add documents?

You must first add your documents or file requests to the Paperwork tab for it to show in this section. Once you've added your documents and file requests, Edit your listing and select the check boxes near the documents that should be completed in order to apply.

  10. What is an add-on?

Add-ons are additional items a parent can "enroll" in besides for the main plan they selected. Examples of add-ons are Aftercare or Hot Lunch programs. These can be free or have charges associated with them.

  11. What is the parent view of applying to my center?
