From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Paperwork tab. Click on the Documents tab. You can preview a document when creating a new fillable PDF or by editing an existing document by clicking the Preview tab at the top of the edit document screen.

Red fields indicate a field is required. White fields indicate a field is optional. The top of this screen will let parents know how many required fields remain.
