Overdue reminders can be sent instantly to one student or multiple students at one time.

From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Billing tab and click "Statements". Select the checkbox to the left of any students name that you'd like to send an overdue reminder for. Once all students are selected, click "Send reminder" in the top gray header row beneath the filters. Emails are sent to primary guardians only. You'll receive a green notification at the top of the screen to let you know your overdue emails have been sent.
