The following steps will ensure you are prepared to start the new school year in Playground:
Update your student roster
First you'll want to make sure your roster is current for the upcoming school year
Add any new classrooms
Add any new students to the dashboard one-by-one or in bulk
Mark students that have graduated as inactive or schedule their future inactive date. If an entire classroom has graduated, mark the classroom as inactive and this will automatically mark all students in the classroom as inactive
Schedule future class changes
Once your roster is up-to-date for the next school year, you can enter future class changes for your students to occur on a specific date, like the first day of school.
Schedule future class changes for existing students that will transition to a new classroom
Add and train new staff members
Add new staff members to the dashboard
Share the Staff Training video with them so they are prepared to use the app
Create tuition charges
Make sure the student's tuition charges and payment plans are ready for guardians to view and pay. You can create recurring charges now so that invoices go out automatically to guardians throughout the school year.

Confirm documents have been submitted
Parents can complete new school year paperwork directly in the Playground parent app or on a computer.
Add any new documents to the dashboard
View and download which parents have submitted their paperwork
Resend documents to parents that have not completed their paperwork
Accept any new enrollments
Make sure you've gone through all of your new applications in your enrollment funnel and have accepted the students prior to the first day
