From the Admin Dashboard, click onto the student you'd like to add a missing program time for from the Students tab. Once on the student's profile page, scroll down on their Overview tab until the Programs section. Click "Record day" to the right.

The Add Program Check-in screen will pop up for you to enter the program, date, and times. Once completed, click "Save" in the bottom right corner of the screen.

The program check-in will be recorded under the Logs tab.
