From the Admin Dashboard, click onto the student you'd like to add a missing program time for from the Students tab. Once on the student's profile page, scroll down on their Overview tab until the Programs section. Click "Enroll in another program" to the right.

The Edit student's programs screen will pop up for you to select the program from the drop-down. You can enroll the student in multiple programs at one time. Once completed, click "Enroll" in the bottom right corner of the screen.
