From the Admin Dashboard, click on the Enrollment tab on the left hand side. Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the enrollment listing and then click "Edit". Navigate to the Pricing page where plans are listed. Click the red garbage bin icon to the right of a grouping you'd like to delete. When you delete a group, all plans within the group will also be deleted.
