To view failed payments, click on the Billing tab. You will want to locate and click on the Transactions tab on the Billing submenu. This leads you to the Credit Transactions dashboard where you will want to select the Credits category.
From the Credits list, you can view any failed payments on the "Status" column which will show the payment's status. Click on the ellipsis next to the student and click "View" for Transaction details about the failed payment.
Alternatively, you can charge other saved payments methods that guardians have connected to their account, or you can add a guardian's card manually to charge a different payment method.
