After a student has been Accepted through enrollment, you will no longer use the Enrollment tab to add additional programs to a student.
First go to the Programs tab under My School. Click into the program that a student would like to add. Locate the student in the list of students and select the checkbox to the left of their name. At the top of the table, click "Enroll".
Now the student has been enrolled into the additional program for attendance purposes. If the additional program has a fee associated to it, you'll need to charge them the fees for the program
Click on the Billing tab and then click "Fee Approvals". Depending on the type of fee the program had, select the correct tab at the top. Since my Soccer program has an enrollment fee associated with it, I will click on the Program enrollments tab. The student that you just enrolled should show up in this list with a pending item. Click "Charge" to the right of their name to charge the student for the additional program they added.
Once you click charge, the program fee will be added to the student's ledger balance.
