This week we added on of our most requested features — the ability to have parents sign posts. Injury posts, medications, and office visits have often times required signatures and this can now be accomplished through Playground's custom posts.
As we continue our payroll beta, and hope to bring it into general release in the near future, we have been adding a bunch of improvements to make Playground Payroll run as close to autopilot as possible. Playground will now send out a bunch more emails and updates regarding employee status, payroll status, payroll deadlines, and more.
With payroll also comes a lot of improvements on staff hour tracking, reporting, and staff information management.
This week we added the ability to add check-in and out rules based on staff schedules to help maintain higher levels of data integrity to minimize the number of changes you need to make when running payroll.
