Email templates save time and simplify communication with prospective families. Personalizing them with guardian and student details creates a meaningful experience with minimal effort. When paired with automations, they boost efficiency and ensure consistent, thoughtful engagement.

Email templates can be simple or stylized. A stylized email often includes elements like your logo at the top, giving it a polished, newsletter-like appearance. In contrast, simple emails consist of plain text, making them an excellent choice for creating a more personal and less promotional tone when communicating with families.
