This week we released robust dashboards to provide insights into your program. These dashboards go in-depth on finances, expenses, payroll, and more. We also improved multi-site reporting to include tags when downloaded. We've also been busy improving the product across the board, so read on to learn about all the new improvements and fixes released this week.
Releases
A bunch of new dashboards! We are adding these to enterprise first and then will be releasing them to single site locations this week!
Enterprise reports now have tags downloadable with them
Improvements
Able to add deposit date and check number as columns on the credits table
Custom reports are now numbered to more easily find previous versions
Able to delete custom reports
Able to search for foods when creating menus
Pay frequency text is now more clear on payroll
Improved payroll onboarding flow for adding new employees and contractors
Added more tooltips to payroll
Default payment methods for payroll are now “sticky” between payrolls
Programs table is now downloadable
Added a share button to enterprise enrollment
Admins are now always able to adjust plans on enrollment

Improved media gallery performance on the feed and is now much snappier to scroll
The entire dashboard should feel even snappier than last week. We are constantly speeding up anything that feels slow, so please let us know if something irks you!
Fixes
No longer able to delete forms with submissions
Fixed issue with uploading guardian photos on web sometimes failing
Fixed an issue where some admins were not seeing payroll on the menu
Fixed program subtitle on create post showing total number of students, including inactive ones
Fixed issue where families would sometimes skip adding a plan during enrollment if they were shared a deep link
