SMS templates save time and make it easy to communicate with prospective families. Personalizing them with lead, guardian, student, and site details adds a meaningful touch with little effort. Use SMS templates with automations for more efficiency and consistent, thoughtful engagement.
π‘ SMS templates are shared across your organization. Templates created or edited at the enterprise level are available at every location, and changes made at a location are reflected across the enterprise.
