Transfering your data from Procare is simple. Please follow the instructions below to export your roster from Procare:
Log in to Procare and click on Family Data & Accounting at the top
Next click on Reports > Data Viewer > open the Family Data tab and select the Child Relationships report
On the right hand side, please make sure it's as of today's date
Click Create
Click the downward arrow near Export and select Export to CSV
Please do not make any edits or changes to the exported file. This will not allow for it to upload. Below are the next steps to upload your data into Playground:
Log in to the Admin Dashboard
Click on Students under the MySchool header on the left hand side
Click the "Add Students" drop-down menu in the top right corner and select "Upload multiple students via roster"
Click on the gray box in the center of your screen and select the Procare roster CSV file from your documents
The data upload will begin
Click "Finish" in the bottom right corner and wait until all students are uploaded
