Enterprise-Level Tags

Tag centers according to regions, owners, or other groupings for filtering and reporting.

Tags are a useful tool for multi-site users to categorize their sites. Common tag categories include: Region, Owner, and State. By utilizing tags, you can create sub-groups within your enterprise dashboard that allow you to filter and assign specific users to certain locations.

Create Tags

A tag category should be a general group name that has multiple subgroups. For example, a tag category can be "Region". A tag name should be a specific group within the tag category. An example of a tag name within the Region category are "East" or "West".

  1. From the Enterprise dashboard, select the checkbox to the left of the specific centers you'd like to categorize together.

  2. Click "Add tag" in the top right of the table.

  3. The Tag centers window will appear. Enter the category or grouping in the Tag category field. You can also select an existing category if it has already been created in the drop-down menu.

  4. Add the Tag name in the field and click "Save".

  5. Once your first tag is created, you can also add tags by clicking "Manage tags" in the top right of your Enterprise dashboard. From here, click "Add tag" in the top right corner.

  1. Once you've created Tag categories and Tag names, navigate to the Staff tab on your Enterprise dashboard.

  2. Select the checkbox to left of the staff member you'd like to tag.

  3. Once selected, click "Add tag" at the top of the table.

  4. The Add tag to accounts window will appear. Select the Tag category and Tag name you'd like to assign to the user.

  5. Click "Save".

By assigning a staff member to a specific Tag name, you are restricting the staff member's access to only see the specific sites that are in the specific Tag name.

Remove a Tag From Enterprise-Level Staff

  1. From the Enterprise Admin Dashboard, click on the Staff tab.

  2. Click the pencil icon to the right of the staff member's name from whom you'd like to remove the tag.

  3. At the bottom of the Edit staff member window, click the trash can icon to the right of the tag you'd like to remove from this user.

  4. Click "Save".

Link Codes for Shared Service Alliances

Link codes are utilized to add a new provider to your enterprise-level view. The provider should create their own Playground dashboard and utilize the link code provided by you in order to attach to your multi-site view.

  1. Tags must be created prior to sending or creating a link code.

  2. From the Enterprise dashboard, click "Manage tags" in the top right corner.

  3. Click "Link Codes" in the top right corner.

  4. Check off the tags that the new provider should fall under and then click "Copy Code".

  5. Send THESE instructions to the new provider along with the code you just copied so they can be added to your enterprise-view.

Filter by Enterprise-Level Tags

  1. From the Enterprise-level dashboard, click the Filters button at the top right of the table of sites.

  2. Each Tag category is a unique filter.

  3. Each Tag Name will be an option in the drop-down menu of the category.
