Locate paperwork on mobile
Log into your account on the Playground mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left.
Once you tap on the three horizontal lines, the side navigation panel will open and you will notice a Paperwork option listed. Tap on Paperwork to view your assigned paperwork.
Complete forms on mobile
Once you tap on Paperwork, you will be directed to the dashboard which houses your assigned files. Your assigned forms will be under the "FORMS TO FILL OUT" section.

Tap on the name of the form to begin filling out the file on mobile.
You will be directed to a new screen where you will be prompted to complete the required form's questions. Once you have completed the form, you will want to tap on the "Submit" button found at the bottom of the screen.

Review your form responses
To review your form responses, you can tap on the ellipsis(. . .) next to the recently completed form.
You will be directed to a similar screen where you completed the form to view the responses you provided.
