From the Admin Dashboard, click on the Reports tab on the left hand side. Click the Students tile and then select the "Emergency Info" Report Type in the drop-down menu.
Select whether you'd like to run the Emergency Card for all students, a specific classroom, program, or single student in the Group drop-down menu. Click "Generate Report".
A PDF document will download to your computer titled "emergency_info". The PDF will include one page per student with the following information on their emergency card:
Name
DOB
First day of school
Medical information like allergies or medication
Guardians including primary and secondary guardians
Signature and date field at the bottom for parents to sign and confirm the information
