Many families who live nearby to each other will carpool together. Stay up to date and know which students are in which carpool by enabling the carpool feature on the Playground mobile app. You will be able to see all active carpools easily so you and your staff can efficiently check-in and check-out students.
Enable carpools for your center
Administrators can choose whether or not to allow families to set up carpools with each other by toggling this setting on or off under Settings.
From the Admin dashboard, click on the Settings menu on the bottom-left of your view
On the General tab, scroll down to the Guardians section
Click the toggle next to Carpools to enable carpooling for your guardians
A green toggle means carpools are enabled; conversely, a gray toggle means carpooling is disabled
View created carpools
While administrators can view created carpools, there's not a way for administrators to create carpools on behalf of families.
To view carpools:
Log in to the Playground mobile app
Tap on the three horizontal lines on the top-left of your screen
Tap on Carpools
View and search for any active carpools
