To enhance your account security, enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). With MFA, Playground will send you a unique code via text message each time you log in, adding an extra layer of protection against fraudulent activity.
💡 MFA is available to all Playground users, including guardians, staff, and admins.
Enable MFA
💡 MFA must be enabled on the web version of Playground. However, a text code will be required when logging into the mobile app and website.
Log into Playground and click your name in the upper right corner of your screen.
Then click Account Settings.
Under Account Preferences, click Enable MFA.
Enter the phone number where you would like to receive the security code. Then click Get Code.
Enter the code you received, then click Submit & Enable MFA.
🚨 Never share your security code with another person.
Disable MFA
Select your name in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Click Account Settings.
Under Security, click Disable MFA.
Click Get code and enter the code that is sent to your mobile device to disable MFA.
Lost Access to MFA
If you've changed your phone number and can no longer receive MFA verification codes, you won't be able to disable MFA on your own. To regain access to your account, you'll need to contact our support team to have MFA disabled on your behalf.
To request MFA removal, email [email protected] directly from the email address associated with your Playground account. Your email must include:
A clear request to disable MFA on your account
A photo of a government-issued ID showing both the front and back in the same image, or clearly attached together
