This week, we released the ability to add closure dates to drop-in care, to add in even more flexibility for care availabilities. Additionally, we're continuing our work on CRM, tour booking, & marketing automation by launching workflows that automatically send emails & texts to leads. Child Care Leads

Releases

  • Added closed days to drop-in care, now you can turn off certain days from allowing drop-ins

  • CRM: Workflows to automatically send out emails and text messages based on triggers

  • CRM: Able to connect your email account and send and receive emails directly from Playground

Improvements

  • Chat now shows the program a chat member is affiliated with

  • Ratio dashboards are now default on for all schools

  • Added a date filter for payouts

  • Added staff and student names to ratio reporting

  • The state subsidy integration will now show if a student is inactive

  • Added school switcher dropdown for enterprise

  • Support for importing schedules from Paylocity

  • CRM: New lead page and edit lead page is much simpler to use

  • CRM: Added more default lead fields to help with onboarding

  • CRM: Able to drag and drop to reorder lead stages order

Fixes

  • Fixed saving multiple times with the same settings on

  • Now able to hold payments for multiple students

  • Prorated charges now show more clearly when creating charges

  • Fixed an issue with sorting by employment fields on staff table

  • Fixed issue with form responses showing duplicates if two questions had the same title

  • Able to charge over existing balance if also creating a new debit when charging a card
