Whether you're asking a follow-up question, sharing feedback, or seeking clarification on an announcement, replies let you communicate directly with the original poster, without notifying the whole group. This feature keeps conversations relevant and personal while streamlining communication across your school or program.
How Replies Work
When you reply to a post or announcement in Playground, your message is sent privately to the person who created it. This is a great way to ask questions, share feedback, or follow up—without notifying the entire group. You can reply to announcements, updates, or messages shared by your team, school, or program directly from the Feed.
What Happens When You Reply
When you click the Reply icon on a post or announcement, a private Chat window will open with the original poster—your message will be sent directly to them and won’t appear on the post itself.
Replies are private and only visible to the post’s author
This feature is available on both the Playground website and the mobile app
The original poster will receive a Chat notification with your message

How to Reply
Open the Playground mobile app and navigate to the Feed.
