The Enrollment tab at the enterprise level gives you a complete view of every listing across your centers. From here, you can monitor new applications, status changes, and overall activity without needing to switch between locations. Use the date range filter to narrow your view, and select the plus icon next to a listing to expand and review applicant details in one place.
Enrollment dashboard overview
The Enrollment tab gives you a centralized view of every listing across all of your centers. From this page, you can quickly see how many students have applied, been accepted, waitlisted, withdrawn, or otherwise had a status change within a selected time period.
Use the date range filter at the top to adjust the timeframe and update the data shown on the page. If you need to export the information, select the download icon to generate a report of the current view. This page is designed to give you a clear, high level snapshot of enrollment activity across your organization without switching between centers.
If you select Share in the top right corner, you can generate a single link that includes all published listings across your enterprise.
This link can be copied and sent directly to families or added to your website. When families use this link, they can view available programs across your centers and apply from one centralized page, rather than navigating to each location individually.
Reviewing Application Activity
Within your selected date range, each listing shows the total number of students by status, such as Applied, Accepted, Waitlisted, or Rejected. If a listing has students associated with it during that time period, you will see a plus sign to the left of the listing name.
Select the plus sign to open the student table for that listing. This will display detailed information for each student, including their status, age, and guardian contact details.
In the top right corner of the student table, select the gear icon to manage visible columns.
From there, you can choose which fields to show or hide depending on the information you need. This allows you to customize the table view so you can focus on the data that matters most.
