What is an Enrollment Listing?

Playground's enrollment listings allow you to create a unique link where guardians can register for your school or sign up for your waitlist.

How do Families Apply to My Enrollment Listing?

Administrators can share their enrollment listings with guardians by email, text, social media posts, or anywhere a link can be posted. You can even download a QR code to take families directly to the enrollment listing. Add the QR code to flyers or posts to make it easy for families to navigate to the listing.


What is the Enrollment Funnel?

The enrollment funnel allows administrators to move students through the application process. It is comprised of four columns: applied, waitlisted, accepted, rejected, and dropped. Administrators can drag and drop student cards from one column to the next to move them through the funnel. Students will receive automatic emails when they are moved to a new column. How to Delete an Enrollment Listing?

If you need to delete a specific enrollment listing, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Enrollment tab in your Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click the three dots next to the listing you want to delete.

    1. If your listing is currently published, select Unpublish. Your listing will then be listed as "Unpublished". Click the three dots once more and select Delete and then Delete All Listing Info.

    2. If your listing is already unpublished, select Delete and then Delete All Listing Info.

💡 Please note that listings can only be deleted if there are no applicants. If you can’t delete a specific listing, you have likely received applications for it.

🚨 Deleting a listing is a permanent action. Deleted listings cannot be recovered.
