Enterprise Reports Overview

Learn about all reports available at the enterprise level and understand when to use each one.

Written by Nadiuska

This article provides an overview of all reports available at the enterprise level. Reports are grouped by category and listed in the order they appear in the platform, with a brief explanation of what each report shows and when it’s typically used. This guide is designed to help enterprise administrators quickly identify the right report when reviewing data across multiple locations.

Viewing Data Across Locations

Enterprise reports pull data across all locations within your account. Because you’re viewing information at a broader level, most reports include additional options to help you control how location data is displayed.

You can choose to include inactive locations in your results by selecting the option to display inactive sites. This is helpful if you need to review historical data or reference a location that is no longer active.

If you use center tags to organize your locations, you can also display center tags on each row of the report. This makes it easier to see which location each record belongs to at a glance.

In addition, you can filter reports by center tag. This allows you to narrow results to specific groups of locations, which is especially useful if your enterprise account includes many sites.

Enterprise Dashboard Reports

Below is a full list of the reports available on the enterprise dashboard. They’re organized by category and include a short explanation of what each one shows and when it’s typically used.

If you’re looking for a breakdown of reports available directly within a single center, you can refer to the location-level reports guide here. All reports covered in that article are available at the center level.

Some reports listed below are available only on the enterprise dashboard. Those will be clearly marked Enterprise only so you can easily identify which reports are exclusive to enterprise accounts. Likewise, some reports are available only at the center level. If you’re looking for a specific report and do not see it here, it may need to be accessed directly from a center by navigating to the Centers tab and opening that location’s Reports page.

Attendance Report

Review check-in and check-out activity, time records, and signature history. Use these reports when you need visibility into who was present and for how long

Report type

Summary

What's Shaping Your Results

When to use

All Signatures

All check in and check out signatures for a student during a specific time period.

Only students with signature activity in the selected date range. Students with no check-in or check-out during that period will not appear.

When you need a full signature log showing who signed a student in or out, including time, guardian name, and classroom.

Attendance - Daily

Licensing report for sign in / out with signatures from the staff or guardian who signed for them. Includes morning and afternoon signatures.

Only students with an actual check-in, check-out, or absence record in the selected date range. Students who were scheduled but never checked in and were not marked absent will not appear. If filtering by classroom, results are based on the classroom the student was checked into, not the student's current classroom assignment.

When you want the full daily attendance record with all available sign-in and sign-out data.

Attendance - Daily (no absences)

Lists all students who were checked in but not marked absent.

Only students with an actual check-in or check-out record in the selected date range. Absence-only records are not included. If filtering by classroom, results are based on the classroom the student was checked into, not the student's current classroom assignment.

When you need a daily attendance report that only includes students who were present.

Attendance - Total time

Amount of time each student was checked in per day.

All active students matching the selected filter, even if they have no attendance in the date range (they will show with 0 time). Classroom filtering is based on the student's current classroom assignment, not the classroom where they were checked in. Students who have since changed classrooms may be included or excluded based on where they are assigned today.

When you need to see how long each student was checked in during a selected date range.

Attendance Overview

Downloads a CSV with attendance by day for each student as well as averages and totals by classroom.

Only students with at least one check-in or check-out in the selected date range. Any weekday without a signature is automatically marked absent, even if the student was not scheduled that day, the site was closed, or an absence was recorded separately.

When you need a summary of days present and absent for each student over a date range.

Attendance Percentage

Lists the attendance percentage for each student for the given date range.

Attendance percentage based on scheduled days only. Days where a student was signed in but had no schedule do not count toward the percentage. Classroom filtering is based on the student's current classroom assignment, not which classroom they were checked in or which classroom they were in during the selected date range.

When you want a measurable attendance metric instead of just days present or absent.

Check in responses

Lists all check in questions and answers.

Only students who completed a check-in survey response during the selected date range. Students who checked in without answering survey questions will not appear.

When you need to review answers submitted during the check-in process.

Daily Absences

List of students who were marked absent.

Only absences that were explicitly recorded. Classroom filtering reflects the student's current classroom assignment, not where they were assigned on the absence date. If a student was marked absent and later checked in they will still show on the report as long as the absence has not been deleted.

When you’re reviewing who was recorded as absent during a selected date range.

Name To Face – Daily

Lists all name to face checks for the day.

Only classrooms and students that were part of a recorded Name-to-Face check for the selected day. Classrooms with no recorded check will not appear. "Excluded" means the student was signed in to that classroom when the check was conducted but was not selected, not that they were absent.

When you need a record of name-to-face checks completed throughout the day.

No Shows

Lists students who are not checked in AND are not marked absent.

Students who had a scheduled day and no check-in record for that day. Students with no schedule will not appear. Any check-in on a given day removes the student from the no-show list for that day, regardless of whether it was late, brief, or tied to the correct classroom.

When you’re reviewing attendance gaps for a selected date range.

One Day Attendance Report

Report for a single day signatures report.

Only students with an actual check-in or check-out record for the selected day. Absences are not included. If a student's classroom assignment has changed since the attendance date, they will appear under their current classroom assignment, not the classroom they were in at the time.

When you need a printable attendance snapshot for a specific day.

Overage Fee Report

Calculates the amount of time a student was checked in past the time on their schedule. Uses the overage settings set up on the schedules tab in settings.

Students with a calculated overage greater than $0 after the configured grace period. For schedule-based overages, a student must have a schedule on file for that day to appear. Students who attended without a schedule will not show an overage even if they were checked in late.

When you’re calculating or verifying overage charges for a date range.

Programs - Check ins

Shows all checkins for the days selected.

Only students with a recorded program attendance event in the selected date range. Students enrolled in a program but with no recorded check-in during that period will not appear. If a student has changed classrooms since the attendance date, they will appear under their current classroom assignment, not the classroom they were in at the time.

When you need to see how many students checked into each program during a selected date range.

Programs - Daily

Lists the daily attendance for each student for the program.

Only students with a recorded program check-in or check-out in the selected date range. Regular attendance check-ins are not included. If a student has changed classrooms since the attendance date, they will appear under their current classroom assignment, not the classroom they were in at the time.

When you need to review individual student attendance within specific programs.

Programs - Total

Sums up the total amount of time each student was checked in to the program.

Only students with a recorded program check-in or check-out in the selected date range. If a check-out is missing, the report estimates one using the average check-out time from the report data, which can overstate total time. Classroom filtering is based on the student's current classroom assignment, not the classroom they were in at the time of the check-in.

When you need the total time each student spent in a program over a selected date range.

Programs Overview

Generates a CSV with each student and day attended for the program.

Only students with a recorded program check-in or check-out in the selected date range. The summary section's total student count includes all non-deleted students at the school, not just those with program activity, which can make the average daily attendance percentage appear lower than expected.

When you need a summary of attendance trends across programs for a selected date range.

Ratio

Shows the ratio of staff to students for each time interval on a given day.

Only students and staff with an actual check-in record for the selected day.

When you need to verify staff to student ratios throughout the day.

Staff Signatures

List of students who were signed in or out by a staff member rather than their guardian.

Only students with at least one staff-signed attendance record in the selected date range. Guardian signatures are not included.

When you need to identify students who were signed in or out by staff instead of a guardian.

Unscheduled Shows

List students who showed up to school, but were but were not scheduled for the day

Students who had a check-in record on a day with no schedule. If a student was scheduled for any part of the day, they will not appear even if they attended outside their scheduled hours. Students marked absent but still checked in will also not appear, since an absence counts as a scheduled event.

When you need to identify students who were signed in or out by staff instead of a guardian.
