The Orders tab serves as a running record of all listing purchases made by guardians on your platform. Each order displays key details at a glance, and admins can click into any individual order to view a more detailed breakdown of that specific transaction.

🚨 Listings is a newer feature that isn't included in all Playground accounts. If you'd like to learn more or find out if it's available for your account, reach out to your account manager.

What You'll Find in the Orders Tab

The Orders tab automatically logs every listing purchase made on your platform. Each row represents a single order and displays the following information:

  • Date: The date the order was placed.

  • Guardian : The name of the guardian who made the purchase.

  • Item(s) : The listing that was purchased.

  • Discount : Any discount that was applied to the order.

  • Paid at Checkout : The amount the guardian paid at the time of purchase.

  • Recurring Amount : Any recurring fees associated with the listing.

You can use the search bar at the top of the tab to look up a specific order or guardian quickly.
