Inactive students are not visible in the Admin Dashboard or on the mobile app. Please note: any student not assigned to a classroom will automatically be marked as "inactive".

In order to mark a student inactive, login to the Admin Dashboard and click on the student's name from the roster. Click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the student's profile page. Select "deactivate" to the right of the mark student as inactive setting.

Note: If you mark one sibling as inactive, the inactive sibling will still show up on the active sibling's Sibling tab

You can also mark a student inactive from the Students tab of the Admin Dashboard by clicking the three dots to the right of their name and clicking the red "Disable" button.

You can mark students inactive in bulk, as well.
