In the Admin Dashboard, on the Students tab, click on any student's name to go to their Student profile. At the top of their profile, select the Immunizations tab. At the top of the tab, you will see a summary of completed, coming due, exempt, or overdue immunizations for the specific student. Underneath the summary, you will see which specific immunizations and dosages are recorded. All immunization due dates are set based on the student's birthday and CDC guidelines.
In order to add, edit, or exempt a student for an immunization, simply click the three dots to the right of any immunization name and click "Edit". You can enter dosage dates in chronological order by selecting the calendar and clicking on the date or entering the date manually. You can also check the box for "Exempt" if the student is exempt from the immunization or specific dose. A recommended due date will populate underneath each dosage. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen once you've entered a student's immunization dates.
