Student profiles serve as a central hub for managing all of a student's information. From the student profile, admins can manage basic student information, payments, paperwork, feed posts, immunizations, and student settings. Each section below provides a description of the features of each tab on the student profile.
Overview
From the student profile Overview tab, admins can edit basic information such as birthdays, addresses, allergies, and medications. Administrators can even add custom fields to collect additional student information.
On the right-hand side of the Overview tab, administrators can add and view changes/notes.
💡 The student's status (active or inactive) will show next to their name. If the student is a part of a split family, an additional Split Family text box will appear next to the status.
💡 Administrators can add siblings for a student from this screen by clicking the white + Add Sibling button in the top right corner of the screen.
Payments
From the student profile Payments tab, administrators can view a student's billing plan (debits), payments (credits), and ledger. Administrators can also generate statements for a specific time period and add payment methods on behalf of a guardian.

Paperwork
From the student profile Paperwork tab, administrators can view paperwork assigned to a student and send reminders to guardians to complete the required paperwork.

Feed
From the student profile Feed tab, administrators can view a single student's feed and make an announcement post for that student and their family.

Assessments
From the student profile Assessments tab, administrators can view recorded milestones for a particular student.

Immunizations
From the student profile Immunization tab, administrators can view and edit student immunizations.
The status icons at the top of the screen let you know how many immunizations are completed, due soon, exempt, and overdue.

Settings
From the student profile Settings tab, administrators can edit settings on a student level. Administrators can also mark a student inactive, split a family, disable a student, or delete a student.
See below for a description of each setting available:
Signing PIN | View and/or edit the PIN that families use to sign their students into school via the kiosk. |
Billing Frequency | Select the student's billing frequency (weekly or monthly). |
Custom Daily Billing Rate | If the student has a custom daily billing rate, toggle this on to add their unique rate. |
Autopay Exemption | Toggle this setting on if a child should be excluded from mandatory autopay. |
Invoice Notice Exemption | Toggle this setting on if a child's family should be exempt from automatic invoices and overdue payment notices. |
Overage Exemption | Toggle this setting on if a child should be exempt from overage fees. |
Processing Fee Exemption | If applicable, toggle this setting on if a child should be exempt from processing fees passed onto guardians. |
