From your Enterprise Dashboard, click into the student's original location. Click on the student from the Students tab. Once on the student's Overview page, click on the Settings tab for this specific student. Scroll all the way down and then click "Transfer" to the right of the Transfer student to another school setting.

Type the name of the new center that the student is transferring to in the New center field. Click on the center once it pops up in the drop-down menu. Click "Transfer student".
