In your Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Expenses tab and click "Mileage".

To begin tracking, add your vehicle(s) by clicking "Manage Vehicles" on the top right hand side of the screen.

The Manage Vehicles window will appear where you'll be able to to add in your vehicle(s).

After adding in your vehicles, it is time to start tracking! Click on "Add Mileage" found at the top right corner of your screen.

The Add New Trip window will appear, complete and save the information requested.
​Note: if you click round trip it will log a roundtrip trip.

Rest assured, Playground adds in the IRS standard mileage rate for you so you do not have to do the math!
