Navigate to the Settings tab in your Admin Dashboard. Under the General tab, in the Communication section, you'll see a Schedule activity posts for check-out setting. Turning this setting on (green) will send all activity posts (excluding announcements) at one time when the child is checked out for the day. Once selected, this setting will save automatically.
