Welcome to Playground Payroll!
Log in to your Playground account on a computer.
Navigate to the Payroll tab on the left sidebar and then click My Dashboard.
Click the blue get started button and enter your home address. Be sure to select your state from the dropdown.
The enrollment window will open. Click the blue Get Started button.
Navigate through the three tabs on the left (personal info, payment method, tax withholding) to complete all required information.
Personal Info: Enter your legal name, date of birth, social security number, and home address.
At the bottom of the page, select whether you wish to receive paperless (digital) W2s.
Payment method: Select your payment method.
If selecting direct deposit:
Authorize Playground (Check) to electronically deposit paychecks into your account.
Connect your bank account by entering your account and routing number or connect your bank account via Plaid.
If selecting cash or check:
Confirm that your employer has agreed to pay you directly by cash or paper check.
Tax withholding: Complete a Federal W-4 and any required state forms.
Your payroll setup is complete! Click the X in the upper right corner of the enrollment window to return to Playground.
You can edit the submitted information at any time by selecting edit information in the top right corner of your Payroll screen.
