Carline Queue

This feature is utilized to manage an outdoor carpool line for your center. It is best when utilized by two people - one person outdoors that adds guardians to the carline and a second person inside that watches the carline and can call students to go outside for pickup.

🚨 The Carline Queue is a feature that is only available to existing Playground customers. It is being phased out and replaced with the On My Way Queue. If you do not see the Carline Queue in your mobile app menu, you are on a newer version of Playground and should use the On My Way Queue instead.

  1. From the Playground app on your mobile device or tablet, tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen

  2. Tap on the Carline Queue

  3. Tap to add a car to the queue. Enter in the student's name to add them to the queue. Students should be added in the order of the carline outside

  4. The staff member inside the building should call students to go outside for pickup in the order they see them appear in the carline queue

  5. As guardians check their students out, they will be removed from the carline

📱 The Carline Queue is only available on mobile.
