Need help or want to share an idea? Playground's support team is here for you. This article walks through the different ways to find answers, submit feedback, and get in touch.

Help Center

The Help Center is the best place to find up-to-date guides and step-by-step instructions for everything in Playground. The entire knowledge base is searchable and is the quickest way to get answers.

From the Web Dashboard

Click the Support button in the top right corner of your screen while logged into your Playground account. This opens a panel where you can search the Help Center directly or browse popular articles for teachers, including guides on onboarding, posting activities, using Chat, and managing staff hours. The same panel also gives you quick access to live chat, email support, and options to submit a bug report or feature request.

From the Mobile App

Tap Help Center from the main menu in the Playground mobile app.

You can also visit https://help.tryplayground.com in any web browser.
