Manage Your Playground Subscription as a Multi-Site Admin

How to view your subscription, update your payment method, and access invoice history across each of your centers

As a Multi-Site Admin, you can view your upcoming subscription bill, access payment history, and update the payment method for each of your centers directly inside Playground. Subscriptions are managed at the individual center level, so you'll need to click into a specific center to make any changes.

🚨 Subscription management is not available from the Enterprise Dashboard. To view or update subscription details for a center, you must first click into any specific center from your Enterprise Dashboard.



Access Your Subscription From a Specific Center

  1. From your Enterprise Dashboard, click into your Centers tab and select any one of your centers.
    ​

  2. Once inside the center, navigate to the Settings tab and select Manage Subscription.
    ​

  3. You'll see your current subscription listed on this screen and you can manage your subscription by clicking the white Manage Subscription button.



View Your Playground Subscription

From the Manage Subscription screen inside a center, you can review everything related to that center's subscription in one place.

  1. From the center's admin dashboard, navigate to Settings and select Manage Subscription.

  2. Click the white Manage Subscription button.

  3. The Manage Subscription window will open with the following details:

    • Current subscription β€” the plan you're on, when it renews, and your next estimated payment

    • Payment method β€” the card or bank account currently funding the subscription

    • Billing information β€” the billing name and address on file

    • Invoice history β€” a record of all past payments
      ​



Update Your Payment Method

  1. From the center's admin dashboard, navigate to Settings and select Manage Subscription.
    ​

  2. Click Manage Subscription, then click the Add payment method button.
    ​

  3. Enter your new card or bank account details. You'll also have the option to set the new method as your default payment method for this center.
    ​

  4. Click Save.
    ​



FAQs

Do I have one subscription for my whole organization or one per center?

You will have one subscription for your entire enterprise. Managing your subscription under a specific center will update your whole subscription.
