Administrators can view their upcoming subscription bill, access payment history, and update their payment method directly through their Playground account.
💡If your subscription is state-funded, this information does not apply to you yet.
How to view your Playground Subscription
Navigate to the Settings tab
Click on the Playground Billing tab. Here, you can view your latest statement, update the email address for receiving statements, change your payment method, and access your statement history.
Latest Statement | Displays your current subscription with Playground. If you have questions about billing click on Contact us. |
Statement email | Statements are sent to the email listed. To change the email click Edit, enter the new email, and click Save. |
Payment method | Displays your current mode of payment. To change to another method click Change, input the card, and Save. |
Statement history | Displays your statement history. To download a receipt or invoice click on the date and download. |
