If you need to reset or change your password, open the Playground mobile app and navigate to the login screen. If you are currently logged in, you'll need to log out—navigate to and tap the "Sign out" at the bottom of the My Account screen (accessed by tapping the "My Account" tile on the Dashboard or Home screen).
Once you're logged out, if you have multiple accounts with Playground, you'll land on the screen on the far left in the screenshots below; tap "Sign into another account." If you only have one account, you'll automatically land on the screen in the middle screenshot.
On this middle screen, tap "Forgot password?" to be brought to the Forgot password?screen.
Here, enter the email associated with your account. An email will automatically be sent to this address with instructions on how to reset your password. This reset link will work for 15 minutes. If you do not reset your password within that time, you'll need to follow these steps again to send yourself a new password reset email. Note: If you do not see the email within five minutes, please check your junk folder.
In the email, tap the link, enter your new password, and then tap save. You should then be able to sign into Playground using the password you just entered!
