If you have more than one Playground account, for example, if your students attend different centers or you are listed under more than one family, you can link your accounts under a single login so switching between them is quick and easy. This guide walks through how to get set up and how to manage your accounts from the app.
Link Additional Playground Accounts
Linking your Playground accounts lets you use a single email and password to access all of them. Here are the most common reasons a family might have more than one account:
Your students are enrolled at two or more centers that use Playground
You are listed as a guardian for more than one family at the same center
You are also a teacher or staff member at a center that uses Playground
The account linking process is initiated by your center's admin. Here is what to expect:
Make sure your admin has added you to all of your accounts using the same email address across all of them.
Your admin will send you a sign-up link for each account. Even if an account already exists, they can still send a new sign-up link to start the linking process.
Open the email and click the blue Create Account button.
Enter your password to link the new account to your existing Playground account.
Click Connect and Link Account.

If your accounts share the same email
Open the Playground mobile app.
Make sure you have followed the steps above to link all accounts
Sign in using the email and password you've created
Click the three lines in the top left corner of the screen.
Tap "Switch Account" to open the Switch Account menu.
Select the user you'd like to switch to, and the app will switch to the correct one.
If your accounts have different emails and passwords:
Make sure both accounts have been created via the emails sent to you.
Log in to the first account.
Log out by tapping the three lines in the top left corner to open the menu in the top left corner > Settings > Sign out.
Log in to the second email account.

Click your name in the top right corner of the screen to open the drop-down menu.
Click Switch Accounts.
The Switch Account screen will open to show your additional linked accounts.
Select the account you'd like to switch to, and the new dashboard will open.

If signed in, tap the three lines in the top left corner to open the menu.
Tap Settings and scroll to the bottom to Sign out.
Once signed out, tap Sign in using a saved login to open all of your login emails.
Long press the email you'd like to remove.
The Confirm removal window will appear.
Tap Confirm.
