Already have a Playground account? This article walks you through how to sign in on the web or mobile app, and what to do if you run into any trouble along the way.
Before You Sign In
Signing in is not the same as creating an account. Downloading the app or visiting the sign-in page does not create an account. To access Playground, your administrator must first invite you by email. That invitation includes a sign-up link where you set your password and finish creating your account.
If you haven't received an invitation yet, reach out to your administrator and ask them to send you a sign-up link.
Download the Playground App
You can access Playground on the web or on your mobile device.
To sign in on the web, visit https://app.tryplayground.com.
To use the mobile app, download Playground on your device first:
iPhone: Download on the App Store
Android: Download on Google Play
Amazon Fire: Download on Amazon
Sign Into Your Account
Once the app is downloaded, follow these steps:
Open the Playground app on your device.
Enter your email address and password.
If your email isn't formatted correctly, you'll see a red outline around the field.
Tap Log in.
Troubleshoot Sign-In Issues
If you see an error saying your email can't be found or your password is invalid, check the following:
Make sure you're using the same email address your administrator used to invite you to Playground
Check for typos and confirm your email is formatted correctly
Tap the eye icon next to the password field to confirm what you typed

If you're not receiving a password reset email or still can't sign in after trying the steps above, ask your administrator to resend your Playground sign-up link. Resending the link won't delete any of your data, it just helps you regain access to your account.

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Playground.
Confirm with your administrator that they have the correct email address on file for you.

Follow the prompts to complete sign-in with your chosen account.

Make sure your Playground app is up to date. Open your device's app store and install any available updates.
Check that your device's operating system is also up to date.
If the issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Playground app.
If you're still having trouble, let your administrator know so they can reach out to Playground support.
