Reset Your Password in the Mobile App
Open the Playground mobile app and navigate to the login screen. If you are currently logged in, you'll need to log out.
To log out, tap My Account and then tap Sign Out at the bottom of the My Account screen.
Once you're logged out, you'll land on the Sign In page.
Tap Forgot password and you will be brought to the Forgot password screen.
Enter your account email to receive a password reset link. The link is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, repeat the steps to get a new link.
Note: If you do not see the email within five minutes, please check your junk folder.
In the email, tap the link, enter your new password, and then tap save. You should then be able to sign in to Playground using the password you just entered!
🚨 If you're still having trouble or haven't received the password reset email, please contact your school directly and ask them to send you a new sign-up link. The new link will help you reset your password and access your account. Their contact info should be available on their website if needed.
Change or Reset Your Password on the Web
If you are already signed in on a web browser, you can update your password directly from your account settings without logging out.
To change your password while logged in:
Sign in to your account on a web browser.
Click your name in the top right hand corner
Select Account Settings.
Locate the security section click on the Change password button.
Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
Click Save to update your password.
If you are logged out and need to reset your password:
Go to the Playground sign-in page in your browser.
Click Forgot password.
Enter your account email to receive a password reset link.
Open the email and follow the link to create a new password.
