On the Playground app
Open the Playground app and tap the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen. First, we recommend tapping Help Center so you can search for a step-by-step guide or video on your question. If you are unable to find what you're looking for, close the Help Center and tap Support. Tap "Send us a message" when the Live Chat window opens to begin the chat with the Playground team.
On the web
From the Playground dashboard on a web browser, click on the blue circle in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the support options. First, we recommend searching for a Help Center article so you can search for a step-by-step guide or video on your question. If you are unable to find what you're looking for, click "Send us a message" to begin the chat with the Playground team.
