Playground's friendly support team is here to help! Access resources & help or share your thoughts and make feature suggestions. For support, the Help Center, like this article, is always the best place to find up-to-date information and instructions on Playground features and functionality.

This guide walks through the different ways to get in contact with Playground or access support resources.

Help Center

Our Help Center is an up-to-date knowledge base with our latest features and releases. The entire knowledge base is searchable and is the quickest way to find information about how our tool works.

The Help Center can be accessed through a web browser at https://help.tryplayground.com, by opening the Help tab in the Playground Messenger window from the web, and by tapping Help Center from the main menu in the Playground mobile app.

Changelog

To get the latest info on product launches, feature updates, and quality-of-life improvements, visit the Playground Changelog. The Changelog is updated every single week and covers Playground's newest product development!

You can access the changelog any time by visiting https://www.tryplayground.com/changelog on a browser.

Feedback

We love receiving feedback about Playground—in fact, almost every new feature we release comes directly from user requests! Feedback helps us to continuously improve existing Playground features, add new ones, and keep up with how our users want Playground to enable the best child care experiences.

💡 Our team reads every single piece of feedback that's submitted!

Share Feedback From the Mobile App

  1. On the Home screen, tap the ≡ Menu icon.

  2. Tap My Account.

  3. Under the Support section, tap Give us feedback which will launch the default email app on your mobile device.

  4. From here, you can type and send an email as you normally would, including photos or screenshots to add more detail to the feedback being shared. The email will be delivered directly to our Support team who may follow up to learn more about the request(s).

Share Feedback From the Web Dashboard

  1. On the top right of your screen, to the left of the admin name and the search icon, click the message icon to Submit your feedback or feature request.

  2. Submit any feedback to help improve your page.
