Not receiving Playground notifications

Follow the steps below to make sure you'll be notified by your center:

  1. Begin by making sure you've enabled Playground notifications

  2. If you've already completed step 1, check the notification settings on your device:

    For iOs:

    Tap on the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap Notifications and look for Playground in the list. Tap Playground and make sure the notifications are enabled, as seen below.

    In the Playground app, tap the three lines at the top left of your screen. Tap "My Account" and then "Notifications". Make sure notifications are turned on as seen below.

  3. Log out of the Playground app and back in to connect your account with notifications
