Add, edit, and manage events on your school's calendar!

Update your school calendar to keep staff and guardians informed of upcoming events or school closures. Invite specific groups of students, guardians, and staff to an event.

View the Calendar

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, click Scheduling and then click Calendar.

  2. Your school's calendar will open to the current week.

  3. Click Month to view the entire month. Use the left and right arrows to view other weeks or months.

  4. Click Options to see the different cards that you can add to your calendar.

    1. Birthdays: view student birthdays

    2. US Holidays: view US federal holidays

    3. Menus: view the menu for each day

    4. Lesson Plans: view lesson plans assigned for a day

  5. Click an event to view its details.


Create an Event

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, click Scheduling and then click Calendar.

  2. Your school's calendar will open to the current week.

  3. Use the left and right arrows to navigate to the month/week of your event.

  4. Click the calendar on the day or time of the event to open the New Event Window in the right sidebar.

  5. Once you click into the calendar, you can change the event day and/or time.

  6. Name your event and verify the day/time.

    1. [Optional] Select All Day if the event is not at a specific time.

    2. [Optional] Toggle on Repeats if the event should recur in the future

  7. [Optional] Add a location and type information in the Event Details.

  8. Manage Invitees: Click Edit next to Everyone is Invited to change who will be invited to the events. The Event Recipients window will open. Select Specific Groups if you would like a certain class, program, listing, or staff member to view the event.

  9. Click the blue Create Event button to add it to your school's calendar.

💡 Events will only be visible to those invited to the event.


Edit or Delete an Event

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, click Scheduling and then click Calendar.

  2. Your school's calendar will open to the current week. Use the left and right arrows to navigate to the month/week of the event you want to edit or delete.

  3. Click the event, and the Edit Event Details window will open on the right sidebar.

  4. Change the desired information and then click the blue Save Changes button.

  5. If you want to delete the event, click the red Delete button.


Print Your Calendar

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, click Scheduling and then click Calendar.

  2. Your school's calendar will open to the current week. Use the left and right arrows to navigate to the month/week that you would like to print.

  3. Click the white Print button at the top of the page.

  4. Your computer's print options will open. Print or save the calendar.
