To claim your free subscription, follow the instructions below.
Locate the Iowa FMC form
Click on Students under My School. You will notice a banner on the top of your Students dashboard which reads as: "You have not filled out your Financial Management & Consulting application. Fill out the application for at least 12 months off your subscription and up to $1,000 in grants for devices."
Click the blue "Fill out now" button to the right of the banner to begin.
Complete and submit the Iowa FMC form
You will notice a window pop up titled Claim your free child care software which explains more about this form, and the steps required. Click on the blue "Let's go!" to get started on the form.
The form is completely fillable online just like our fillable PDFs located in your Paperwork tab.
Start filling out the information in the first section which includes your:
Provider name
Program name
Address
Phone number
Email
Make sure you fill in your Program Type as well!
Once the first section is complete, scroll down and finish completing the form. Ensure that all of the red fields have information entered. Make sure to check the boxes for your responses as well. Once the page has been completed, click "Next Page" at the bottom of the screen.
Follow the same process as above by ensuring all fields are completely filled out and correctly reflect your information. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit".
