Transition students on web
Click on the Students tab under My School to get started. Use the checkboxes next to the student(s) you would like to transition.
Once you start clicking on the checkboxes, you will notice the options in the gray header bar update to reflect new options for you. These options are as follows:

You'll want to select the option listed as "Transition" which will then populate your view with the Transition students modal. You will want to select the classroom you are transitioning the students into from the dropdown menu.

Click on "Transition" in the bottom-right of the modal to confirm.
View the transitioned students in their new classroom
Click on Classrooms under My School and navigate to the classroom you just transferred the student(s) into. You will see two different tabs within the classroom's Students tab which read as:
Homeroom - The homeroom, or originally assigned classroom, for the student
Current - The current classroom the student is transitioned into
Click on Current to see the students currently assigned or transitioned to that classroom.
You will notice that students we transitioned earlier will be visible along with their original class listed in the "Class" column.
