As an Enterprise Admin, your account is built differently than standard Playground accounts. Rather than switching between separate accounts, you switch between locations within your organization. This guide covers how to navigate between locations on the app and web dashboard, and what to know about your Enterprise account setup.
About Your Enterprise Account
As an Enterprise Admin, your account is designed to give you an organizational-level view across all of the locations you oversee. Depending on how your account is configured, you may have access to some or all of your organization's locations from a single login.
Because of how Enterprise accounts are structured, your Enterprise Admin email must be completely unique. It cannot be the same email address used for any other Playground account, whether that is a standard admin, teacher, or guardian account. This is not a limitation, it is how the account is built to give you the elevated access you need.

Switch Center on Mobile
Open the Playground mobile app and sign in to your Enterprise Admin account.
Tap the ☰ icon in the top left corner of your screen to open the menu.
Tap Switch center.
Your list of locations will appear. You can scroll through the list or use the Search
bar at the top to find a specific location quickly.
Tap the location you want to switch to and the app will load that center's dashboard.
Switch Center on Web
When you first log in, your Enterprise dashboard gives you a bird's eye view of all the locations connected to your organization. From here you can navigate into any individual location.
From the Centers Tab
Log in to your Playground account on the web.
Click the Centers tab in the left navigation menu.
Your full list of connected locations will appear, showing each center's name, status, staff count, and student count.
Click on the location you want to access.
From Within a Location
Once you are inside a location, you can quickly jump to another without going back to the main dashboard.
Click the location name dropdown at the top of the screen.
A list of all your connected locations will appear. You can scroll through the list or use the Search by name bar to find a specific location quickly.
Click the location you want to switch to and the dashboard will update immediately.

Enterprise Admin accounts can be configured to provide access to all locations or just a select number of them. If you are not seeing a location you expect to have access to, it is likely that your account has not been granted access to that specific location. Reach out to whoever manages your organization's Playground account setup to have your access updated.
